What is your cancellation policy for apparel orders?
Changed your mind? Let us know within 2 hours of purchase and you’ll receive a full refund via your payment method. After 2 hours, we cannot accept cancellations if we've already started working on your item.
What is your return and exchange policy for apparel?
We do not accept returns or exchanges as our items are custom printed just for you and cannot be restocked. However, if there is a problem with your item, contact us directly with a photo of the issue and we will do our best to resolve it for you.
Will my apparel item look the same as the listing?
Although our goal is consistency, every item we make is unique since it is custom printed just for you! We may take some creative liberty with personalizing designs to make it look it's best. We will gladly send a proof before printing, if requested, or if we have any questions.
If there is a graphic in the design of the listing, it will be included in the design of your item (a bread loaf or pizza for example).
Also, please be aware that every monitor/screen displays colors differently so actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online, and actual apparel colors may vary slightly from batch to batch.
Will you send a proof before printing?
Personalized Orders: We do not automatically send a proof before printing, however we will be happy to do so upon request, or if we have any questions about your personalization.
Custom Orders: We will send up to 3 proofs before printing to allow for adjustments to the design.
How do your sizes of aprons / shirts run?
APRONS: All our aprons are a unisex fit. We recommend to ALWAYS measure to be sure they will fit as you expect them to.
- Adult aprons have adjustable necks and are available in long, short and extra-large styles, fitting most men, women and teens.
- Kid's XL Premium aprons fit most kids ages 5-10. They are as long as Adult Short aprons, but not as wide.
- Kid's S Premium aprons fit most kids ages 2-5.
- Kid's Cotton aprons are our smallest aprons, for kids ages 2-5.
SHIRTS: Our tees run true to unisex sizing.
- Bella Canvas has a slim fit.
- Comfort Colors have a relaxed fit.
Always use the size chart and measuring guide photo to measure before ordering.
My order is delayed in transit, is there anything you can do?
If it's marked as in transit it means it can show up at any time, even if it is past the estimated arrival date, and tracking isn't actively being updated.
Unfortunately, we have no control over the package once it's been handed off to the USPS. We understand how frustrating this is, as we worked hard to get your order out as quickly as possible, only for it to be held up in transit!
If and when a package is known to be lost (this actually happens very rarely) we will gladly replace the order or refund your money.
If it's a gift, we can send you a mockup photo of your purchase to wrap up or give digitally. Just message us with the request!
I received a gift, but it's the wrong size. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as our items are custom printed cannot be restocked. However, we can offer you a discount to have it reprinted on another size or style. Please contact us, we will need a few details about the item before we send you a discount code.
My order was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. What can I do?
There are a few things you can do!
- Check with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to them accidentally, and also with your household in case someone brought it in and placed it someplace unusual.
- Contact your local post office for help locating the package. Provide them with the tracking number and your shipping address.
- After contacting the USPS, if you believe the package was stolen, please inform us and we will send you a discount code to have your order reprinted.
Can I receive an order by a specific date?
Let us know the date you need it by. If possible, we will be happy to rush your order! However, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, since when you'll receive your order is based on two things:
1) Processing Time:
It normally takes us 1-5 business days, or around 5-7 during peak holidays, to process an order.
2) Shipping Speed From CA:
We offer standard and expedited options at checkout.
-Be aware that while we work hard to fulfill orders quickly, we are not responsible for USPS delays.

We offer several options at checkout (First Class is standard):
-USPS First Class: Estimated 4-6 business days
-USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-4 business days
-USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated next-day to 2-day delivery by 6pm
- First Class International: Speed varies by location.
- Priority Mail International: Speed 6-10 business days for many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
*Delivery dates are estimated by USPS. As a result of the ongoing COVID situations, it's possible that some packages may take longer than usual to arrive. We work hard to process orders as quickly as possible, but are not responsible for USPS delays.
